Day 2 in Koh Tao: Activities and Prices 🏝️

On their second day in Koh Tao, the traveler started early and had an incredible experience, filled with activities and stunning landscapes. Here’s everything they did and what it cost:

6:00 AM: Walk and handstand practice at Sairee Beach 🧘‍♂️
They began the day with a walk along Sairee Beach, taking advantage of the morning calm to practice some handstands. There’s no better way to start the day than with the sea breeze and the peace of the beach.

Private Boat Rental 🚤
Next, they rented a private boat to explore the island, a highly recommended experience. These types of tours allow you to customize your itinerary and enjoy snorkeling spots before the crowds arrive. It’s the perfect way to enjoy the calm ocean without the crowds! The cost was £25 per person for half a day.

Snorkeling at Kang Yuan 🤿
The first stop was Kang Yuan, where they did some snorkeling in crystal-clear waters. After this incredible activity, they continued to the island of Koh Nang Yuan, famous for its natural beauty. The entrance fee to the island was £5.50 per person, and the island opens at 10:00 AM. By arriving early, they had the chance to enjoy it without the crowds.

Hike to the Koh Nang Yuan Viewpoint 🏞️
On the island, they hiked to the viewpoint, which only takes about 10 minutes of easy walking. The views from there were stunning, and the tranquility of being the first to arrive made the experience even more special. As they descended, there was already a line of tourists waiting.
