If you’re about to go to Thailand, Koh Samui is one of those destinations you absolutely must have on your list. I don’t know how to explain it, but this island has one of those energies that just grabs you and doesn’t let go. Here are some things you can’t miss to kick off your adventure in this piece of paradise:

Tarnim Magic Garden
This place… is pure magic. If you’re lucky enough to find the place empty, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a fairy tale. The tranquility that fills this garden can’t be compared to anything. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect from everything, here it is. It’s one of my favorites in Koh Samui, and when you’re there, you’ll know why.

Fisherman’s Village
This is like the dream of any sunset lover. A coastal village where you can not only enjoy an epic sunset but also some delicious food. There’s something special about the atmosphere here, between the wooden houses and beach bars. And if you’re someone who enjoys a good dinner with a view, I assure you this is the perfect spot to do it.

Coral Cove Beach
This is the kind of beach where snorkeling dreams come true. The waters are so crystal clear that you won’t want to leave. And if you love seeing an ocean full of life, this is one of the best spots to do so. If you want to feel like a fish in the water (literally), don’t hesitate to explore this corner of Koh Samui.
